Daniel 3:18 "We Will Not Serve Your Gods" Modern Idols Heavyweight Tee - Black
“We Will Not Serve Your Gods.” - Daniel 3:18
A full-back application of Daniel 3:18’s refusal of idolatry to modern ideological movements. The declaration “WE WILL NOT SERVE YOUR” leads into an oversized distressed GODS treatment, with each letter built around a different movement: Pride activism, communism/socialism, pro-choice feminism and Planned Parenthood, and Black Lives Matter.
The cream-bordered letterforms, saturated ideological colors, and distressed poster treatment create a deliberately confrontational contrast between the biblical declaration and the modern causes presented as rival objects of allegiance.
The front carries a small Contra Saeculum brand mark, with the cross-and-crown emblem on the left sleeve and an American flag on the right.
Printed on a black Comfort Colors garment-dyed heavyweight tee with a relaxed fit and substantial, broken-in feel.
